The package for NTC thermistors is a Tape & Reel (TR). The 0603 (1608 Metric) package includes it for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. Throughout these NTC thermistors, there are 2 terminations. In order for the NTC thermistors to function correctly, the 2 pins must be connected. This electronic component can absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 100mW. A NTC thermistor's maximum current can be set to 140μA without negatively affecting the fuse element.
