NCP170AMX300TCG Overview
Deliveries are in Tape & Reel (TR) cases. Packaged in a 4-XDFN Exposed Pad case, the battery regulator IC is protected from damage during shipment. The PMIC chip has 4 terminations. Fixed is the Voltage Regulator Chip's output type. The electronic component implements 1 Voltage regulator ICs. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates.
