NCP170AMX300TCG Overview


Deliveries are in Tape & Reel (TR) cases. Packaged in a 4-XDFN Exposed Pad case, the battery regulator IC is protected from damage during shipment. The PMIC chip has 4 terminations. Fixed is the Voltage Regulator Chip's output type. The electronic component implements 1 Voltage regulator ICs. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. In order for this IC voltage regulator to operate, the temperature has to be kept at -40°C~85°C TJ degrees. In this case, the output function that is configured for this regulator IC is Positive.
