NCP15XQ102J03RC Overview


The package of NTC thermistors is Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. In order for the NTC thermistors to operate correctly, the 2 pins must be connected. In addition, the electronic component has the capability of absorbing power dissipation of 0.1W. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW to operate. Fuse elements can withstand currents as low as 1mA without suffering much damage.
