NCP15XM472J0SRC Overview


Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). I have included it in package 0402 (1005 Metric) for convenience. When using NTC thermistors, resistance tolerance is ±5%. Ensure that the temperature of NTC thermistors is set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. Having a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are comprised of a single NTC. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins to the NTC thermistors for them to function properly. In this case, the electronic component can absorb the dissipation of 0.1W. There is a maximum power dissipation of 100mW during the operation of NTC thermistors. If the thermistors are operated at 460μA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
