Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). It is included in 0402 (1005 Metric) as a convenience. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±5%. In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Total number of terminations on these NTC thermometers is 2. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins of NTC thermistors so that they can function. There is the potential for the electronic component to absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. A NTC thermistor's maximum current can be set to 2.1mA without negatively affecting the fuse element.
