NCP15XH103J0SRC Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, the package 0402 (1005 Metric) includes it. NTC thermistors are required to have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function. When setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C, it will ensure reliable performance. All of the NTC thermistors have 2 terminations. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins of NTC thermistors so that they can function. A component such as an electronic component can dissipate power of 0.1W. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW to operate. It is possible to operate the NTC thermistors at a maximum current of 310μA without too much degradation of the fuse elements.
