NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 125°C. A NTC thermistor can operate at a temperature of -40°C for reliability. NTC thermistors must have their 2 pins connected in order to function properly. Temperatures can be set by the NTC thermistors to 100mW at any time. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 100mW of energy.
