NCP15XH103D03RC Overview


Those are the thermistors that come in a Cut Tape (CT). As a convenience, the package 0402 (1005 Metric) includes it. When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±0.5%. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 125°C. A NTC thermistor can operate at a temperature of -40°C for reliability. NTC thermistors must have their 2 pins connected in order to function properly. Temperatures can be set by the NTC thermistors to 100mW at any time. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 100mW of energy.
