NCP15XC470J03RC Overview


In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), you can find NTC thermistors. It is included in the 0402 (1005 Metric) package for your convenience. NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function properly. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. The 2 pins of the NTC thermistors must be connected to make the thermistors work correctly. 0.1W power can be dissipated by the electronic component. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 100mW of power. NTC thermistors are capable of carrying a maximum current of 9.5mA without deteriorating excessively.
