NCP15XC220J03RC Overview


An NTC thermistor is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function correctly. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. The terminations on these NTC thermistors total 2 for a total of 2 terminations. The 2 pins of the NTC thermistor must be connected in order for it to function properly. The electronic component can absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. It is possible to operate the NTC thermistors at a maximum current of 9.5mA without too much degradation of the fuse elements.
