NCP15XC220E03RC Overview


Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±3%. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. Having a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are comprised of a single NTC. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. Power dissipation of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component. There is a maximum power dissipation of 100mW during the operation of NTC thermistors. The NTC thermistors can handle 9.5mA current without too much damage.
