NCP15WB473J0SRC Overview


There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the 0402 (1005 Metric) package. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. Set NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C for reliable performance. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. In this case, the electronic component can absorb the dissipation of 0.1W. It is possible for NTC thermistors to operate at a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. Fuse elements can withstand currents as low as 140μA without suffering much damage.
