NCP15WB473J03RC Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). The 0402 (1005 Metric) package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Ensure reliable performance by setting the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. Featuring a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are used in various applications. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. In this case, the electronic component can absorb the dissipation of 0.1W. An NTC thermistor can dissipate a maximum of 100mW. It is possible for NTC thermistors to run at a constant current all the way down to 140μA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
