There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 0402. NTC thermistors operate reliably at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. In order to maintain reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a temperature below -40°C. A total of 2 terminations are provided on these NTC thermistors. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly. It is able to absorb power dissipation from 0.1W.
