NCP03YS330J05RL Overview


In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. As a convenience, it is included in the package 0201 (0603 Metric). The resistance tolerance of NTC thermistors is ±5%. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. In total, these NTC thermistors have 2 terminations. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. The electronic component can absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. An NTC thermistor can dissipate a maximum of 100mW. If the NTC thermistors are operated at the maximum current, the fuse element will not be adversely affected.
