NCP03YS220J05RL Overview
Providing NTC thermistors with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C facilitates reliable operation. Thermistors can operate at -40°C for reliability. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. As a prerequisite for the NTC thermistors to function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. It is possible for NTC thermistors to run at a constant current all the way down to 9.5mA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
