NCP03WL224J05RL Overview
In the 0201 package, it is included as a convenience. Temperatures above 125°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. In order to maintain reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a temperature below -40°C. Having a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are comprised of a single NTC. In order for NTC thermistors to work properly, they must have their 2 pins connected. It is able to absorb power dissipation from 0.1W. It is possible for NTC thermistors to run at a constant current all the way down to 60μA without deteriorating the fuse element too much.
