NCP03WL154J05RL Overview
The package for NTC thermistors is a Tape & Reel (TR). 0201 (0603 Metric) includes it as a convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function correctly. In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Throughout these NTC thermistors, there are 2 terminations. NTC thermistors must have their 2 pins connected in order to function properly. Electronic components are capable of absorbing power dissipation in the range 0.1W. A NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating 100mW of power. NTC thermistors can operate at 80μA without much degeneration of the fuse elements.
