NCP03WB473J05RL Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). This is included in package 0201 (0603 Metric) for your convenience. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. Ensure that the temperature of NTC thermistors is set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. It is possible for the electronic component to absorb the power dissipation generated by 0.1W. Thermistors with NTC technology can dissipate up to 100mW of power. NTC thermistors are capable of carrying a maximum current of 140μA without deteriorating excessively.
