NC20N00563KBA Overview
There is a package of a Tape & Reel (TR) in which NTC thermistors can be found. As a convenience, the package 1206 (3216 Metric) includes it. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±10%. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -55°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are provided on these NTC thermistors. In order for the NTC thermistors to function correctly, the 2 pins must be connected. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 240mW.
