NC12K00103KBB Overview


In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. The package 0805 (2012 Metric) includes it for convenience. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±10% in order to operate. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -55°C~150°C to ensure reliable performance. An NTC thermistor with a total of 2 terminations is presented here. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 120mW.
