NBSG14BA Overview


The clock divider is available in 16-LBGA, FCBGA case. There is a Tray packaged with it. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 12GHz. A total of 16 terminations have been found in it. With a supply voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount.
