The clock divider is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 12GHz. A total of 16 terminations are present in it. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. As a result, it will be mounted by Surface Mount in this case. Fanout Buffer (Distribution)?is?the?classification?for?this?electrical?component. Set the temperature to -40°C~85°C for reliable performance. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 2.375V~3.465V volts. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 16 can be found on it.
