NBSG111BAHTBG Overview


The clock divider is packaged in a 49-LBGA, FCBGA case. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In normal operation, 6GHz is the maximum value. A total of 49 terminations are present. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer, Data. Set the temperature to -40°C~70°C for reliable performance. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 2.375V~3.465V volts. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 49. Buffer IC is RSECL, RSNECL, RSPECL that is output. Operation is performed using the 49 pins. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the NBSG111. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose.
