NBPDPNN030PAUNV Overview


This transducer was included in the 4-DIP (0.453, 11.50mm), Top Port package for the convenience of the user. For reliable performance, the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C. It is possible to operate the transducers with a supply voltage of 1.8V~12V. The transducers can reach a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. Neither the transducers nor their operating temperature can be lower than -40°C. This can only be accomplished by connecting 4 pins to the transducers. Transducers working with 1.5mA supply current can function normally. The DC voltage should be 5V so the transducers can run continuously at the rated ambient temperature. The maximum voltage of 12V can be applied to the transducers without damage. There is a minimum voltage requirement of 1.8V for the transducers to operate.
