NBPDANN150PAUNV Overview
In order to make your life easier, a 4-DIP (0.453, 11.50mm), Top Port package includes this transducer. For reliable operation, the transducers should be set at -40°C~125°C. Obtaining a 1.8V~12V supply voltage is not a problem for the transducers. It is possible for the transducers to operate at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. There can be no temperature below -40°C in which the transducers operate. A connection of the 4 pins is required to make the transducers operate correctly. In normal conditions, the transducers can operate with a nominal supply current of 1.5mA. For the transducers to operate continuously at ambient temperatures, the DC voltage should be set to 5V. A voltage of 12V is the maximum voltage that can be applied to a transducer without damaging it. A minimum supply voltage of 1.8V will work for the transducers.
