In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 400MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~5.25V.
