NB671LAGQ-P Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerVQFN package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.604V. DC DC switching regulator's 6A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 22V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 604mV. By using the 5.5V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. An output voltage of 5.5V is provided by this regulator voltage. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 125°C. To ensure reliability, harley voltage regulator operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Input voltages as low as 5V can be used for DC DC switching regulator. The DC-DC switching regulator is designed to operate at its maximum input voltage.
