NB3N501DR2G Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 160MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3V~5.25V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, TTL logic levels is presented here.
