It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 491.52MHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
