The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
