In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
