This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required.
