There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for NTC thermistors. It is included in 0603 (1608 Metric) as a convenience. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. A temperature setting of -55°C~150°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. To make an NTC thermistor work properly, it needs to have the 2 pins connected. A NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating 120mW of power.
