Usually, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the 0603 package. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 150°C. Temperatures of -55°C are recommended for NTC thermistors to ensure reliability. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. It is able to absorb power dissipation from 0.07W.
