NB21K00103JBB Overview


Thermistors manufactured by NTC are packaged as Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, it is included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. Ensure that the temperature of NTC thermistors is set to -55°C~150°C in order to ensure reliable performance. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. In order for NTC thermistors to work properly, they must have their 2 pins connected. Electronic components are capable of absorbing power dissipation in the range 0.07W. There is a maximum power dissipation of 70mW during the operation of NTC thermistors.
