Those are the thermistors that come in a Tape & Reel (TR). In the 1206 (3216 Metric) package, it is included as a convenience. To make NTC thermistors work the resistance tolerance must be ±10%. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -55°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. To make NTC thermistors work, the 2 pins must be connected. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 240mW to operate.
