I have included it in package 0805 for convenience. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. Optimal reliability requires a minimum temperature of -55°C for NTC thermistors. An NTC thermistor has a total of 2 terminations. A NTC thermistor must have the 2 pins connected in order to function properly.
