NB100EP223FA Overview


64-LQFP Exposed Pad case is available for the cut smart buffer. This package is packaged in the form of a Tray. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 500MHz. It has 64 terminations. Using a supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount.
