NANOSMDC150F Overview


It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. There must be no temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to function. Its terminations are 2. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 6V voltage. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 6V. A PTC thermistor should produce 600mW heat. When using PTC thermistors, the current shouldn't exceed 40A. thermistors with 6V maximum voltages are used in DC circuits.
