NANOSMDC075F Overview
Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 85°C in order for it to work. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. It is possible for PTC thermistors to provide voltages of 6V when they are operating. DC thermistors are rated for 6V volts in DC circuits.
