NANOSMDC020F Overview


Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 85°C for it to function. The terminations of the PTC thermistor are 2. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 24V. As thermistors, these are rated for 24V voltage in DC circuits. The PTC thermistors should emit 600mW heat.
