NANOSMDC016F Overview
To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. The PTC thermistor has 2 terminations. PTC thermistors could operate at 30V voltages. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 48V. A PTC thermistor should produce an amount of heat equal to 500mW.
