MX7628KP+ Overview


A 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is provided with this component. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tube. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number MX7628. In this case, there are 24 pins on the board. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 15.75V. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 10.8V.
