MX7535KP+ Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 28-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of 0°C~70°C when operating the machine. This FPGA model is contained in Tube for space saving. In total, it has 28 terminations on each end. Related parts can be found by using its base part number MX7535. It has a total of 28 pins that are designed for it. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. With a total of 28 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. It can take a maximum of 15.75V as the supply voltage. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 11.4V.
