MX7226KCWP+ Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Other Converters. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~70°C range. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. As a whole, it has 20 terminations.
