MX7225KP+ Overview


A PLCC package is provided with this component. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. In total, there are a total of 28 terminations on it. The device is designed with 28 pins in total. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. The device runs on a 12/15 GND/-5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C can be reached by this module. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. Featuring 28 pins in total, it is a versatile device. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 15.75V. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 14.25V.
