MX7224KP+T Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 20-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 15V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. There are a total of 20 terminations. In order to find related parts, you can use its base part number MX7224. 20 pins are designed into the device. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. The maximal operating temperature of this module reaches 70°C. It is necessary to maintain an operating temperature higher than 0°C. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 20 pins. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 15.75V. As long as the supply voltage is at least 14.25V, it is able to work properly.
