Varactor is not recommended to use a breakdown voltage below 30V for analog input domain voltages.There is no capacitance ratio for a capacitor, which means that it cannot store an electric charge.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.The device is capable of delivering a diode capacitance of 33pF.Moreover, the TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) package saves space.With a maximum power dissipation of 1.6W, it is the best device for reducing power loss without overheating.For accurate conversion results, the peak reverse voltage must be within 30V.
