MV2101G Overview
When it comes to analog input domain voltages, it is not advisable to use a minimum breakdown voltage of 30V.There is no capacitance ratio for a capacitor, which means that it cannot store an electric charge.It is characterised as having 10% diode cap tolerance.Diodes can deliver capacitances of 6.8pF.Operating temperatures should remain within a range of 150°C TJ.As an added benefit, the TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) package is space-saving.Its maximum power dissipation shows its best ability to conduct power loss without overheating.Conversion results are accurate when the peak reverse voltage is within 30V.
