The  MSP430FR5994IPN microcontroller takes low power and performance to the next level with the unique low-energy accelerator (LEA) for digital signal processing.

The MSP ultra-low-power (ULP) FRAM microcontroller platform combines uniquely embedded FRAM and holistic ultra-low-power system architecture, allowing system designers to increase performance while lowering energy consumption.

  • Up to 256KB of ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM)

  • Wide supply voltage range from 3.6 V down to 1.8 V (minimum supply voltage is restricted by SVS levels, see the SVS specifications)

  • Standby with VLO (LPM3): 500 nA
